Commitment to Long-Term Preservation

COSMIC JOURNAL OF BIOLOGY (CJB) recognizes the critical importance of maintaining a permanent, secure, and accessible archive of all published scientific literature. As an academic platform committed to advancing biological knowledge, we ensure that our published research remains permanently available to the global scientific community.

1. Digital Preservation & Server Backups

To prevent data loss and protect against technical failures, CJB employs rigorous digital backup procedures. All journal issues, articles, metadata, and editorial records are backed up regularly via secure server mechanisms and redundant cloud storage structures.

2. Open Access & Repository Archiving

In alignment with open-access standards, all content published in CJB is freely accessible online without subscription barriers. Authors are fully encouraged to archive their published articles, accepted manuscripts (post-prints), or submitted versions (pre-prints) in institutional repositories, subject-specific repositories, or personal academic profiles (such as ResearchGate, Google Scholar, or ORCID), provided proper citation to the original publication in CJB is maintained.

3. Continuity of Access

In the rare event that the journal ceases publication or undergoes major structural migrations, robust measures are enforced to ensure that the historical archive remains publicly accessible through collaborative digital preservation networks and institutional hosting partners.
