Creative arts play a significant role in the development of innovative fashion concepts by providing designers with visual, cultural, emotional, and experimental sources of inspiration. Fashion is no longer understood only as the production of garments; rather, it is an interdisciplinary creative practice that connects visual arts, painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, crafts, architecture, music, cultural heritage, digital media, and technology. The integration of creative arts enables fashion designers to explore new relationships between colour, line, texture, form, proportion, pattern, material, symbolism, and construction. This research examines how creative arts contribute to the generation of original fashion ideas and how artistic practices influence the creative decision-making of fashion designers. The study focuses particularly on the use of visual references, artistic experimentation, cultural expression, material exploration, and digital creative tools in fashion concept development. Recent research demonstrates that creativity and innovation are increasingly important in fashion education and professional practice, particularly as designers respond to sustainability, technological development, changing consumer expectations, and the need for distinctive design identities. literature and analysis of creative fashion-design practices. The findings indicate that creative arts encourage designers to move beyond conventional design solutions, experiment with new visual languages, reinterpret cultural references, and develop distinctive fashion concepts. Artistic experimentation also supports reflective thinking, visual communication, conceptual development, and problem-solving. The study concludes that integrating creative arts into fashion design education and professional practice can strengthen designers' creative abilities and contribute to innovative, culturally meaningful, aesthetically sophisticated, and potentially sustainable fashion products.
