Available Online:Research Objective: The research aims at exploring how Employee's Performance (EP) can be enhanced through Emotional Intelligence (EI) through Perceived Organizational Justice (POJ) among Teaching and Non-Teaching personnel of Public Sector Universities of Pakistan.

Design, methodology, approach: This is a primary quantitative research, the data for this research has been collected from 514 employees by using questionnaire. Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) of SmartPLS4 will be used for the evaluation of measurement model, and the product-indicator will be used for determining whether there exists the moderating effect of perceived organizational justice in relation between EI and employee performance.

The results were stated that there is a direct relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Employee Performance (EP). EI has an affirming and considerable impact on Perceived Organizational Justice (POJ) in Pakistan's public universities. In the last, the relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and the Employee Performance (EP) is moderated by Perceived Organizational Justice (POJ).

Implications: The study provides educationally valuable suggestions for higher education institutions about the importance of recruiting new instructors with good EI skills, and providing training sessions for current instructors to improve their EI skills to ensure successful teaching and outstanding performance results. Originality/Value: The study provides important recommendations for higher education institutions on the importance of employing new instructors who have good EI skills, and conducting training courses for existing instructors to develop their EI skills, which is helpful for ensuring the successful teaching and excellent teaching performance of instruction.
